Rental terms and conditions

  • If a short term rental, complete amount will be billed one time to credit card

  • If a long term subscription will be billed automatically every month until customers cancel directly on website or via telephone

  • Water supply, Electrical Outlet on desired area on a dedicated breaker (or accessible wiring) and Drain is a must for the installation

  • If water supply, electrical or drainage is not available there will be an additional fee to complete the installation

  • Maintenance to be performed every month, customer must empty ice bin to be able to proceed

  • If machine is not operating properly, customer to reach FC Refrigeration for a timely resolution

  • If repairs are needed, customer must allow up to 2 days for repair to be completed

  • If repairs are needed and machine is non repairable, customer to receive a replacement unit within a week

  • Security deposit may be required; deposit returned after inspection on pickup when rental is concluded

  • Security deposit not required for long-term rentals

  • Customer responsible for replacing it’s water filters (Unless water filtration system is added for the lease)

  • We provide services within an 80 mile radius

Health & safety

  • Machines are cleaned and sanitized before delivery

  • We recommend using recommended water filtration to protect machine lifespan and ice quality

  • Staff trained in local health code compliance for food-service environments
